One of the most gripping miniseries released in recent memory is HBO and writer Craig Mazin’s five-part Chernobyl starring Jared Harris, Stellan Skarsgård and Emily Watson. It grabs you from the troubling opening sequence and doesn’t let up through to the nerve-wracking conclusion.
HBO and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment have officially announced December 1st, 2020 as the release date for Chernobyl on 4K Ultra HD disc format in a combo package with Blu-ray and Digital.
Two versions will be available: a standard edition and Steelbook packaging available exclusively at Best Buy.
The audio format for 4K UHD is identical to the previously released Blu-ray with 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio.
