The G.I. Joe Classified line will expand by two when a pair of deluxe figures go up for pre-order. Look for Mutt & Junkyard, plus Metal-Head, to go live for pre-order on Tuesday, October 31st, 2023 at 1 pm EST with MSRPs of $44.99 and $34.99 each, respectively.

Mutt & Junkyard mark another 1984 G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero character making their way into the Classified line. He’s also the next figure to come with a pet, in this case the fully articulated Rottweiler Junkyard who comes with a secondary interchangeable tongue-wagging head.
Metal-Head is a notable inclusion in G.I. Joe Classified as he’s the first figure from 1988’s Iron Grenadiers sub-line to join the line. The Iron Grenadiers soldier has also been confirmed for a future date, so Destro in his gold mask as seen in the DIC cartoon series is seemingly not too far off.
Both of these deluxe G.I. Joe Classified figures will arrive sometime in the first half of 2024.
