Saints Row 4 may have been overshadowed this past week by the Grand Theft Auto 5$1 billion three-day debut, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a game worth checking out. Amazon.com seems to think so as well as the game has been selected for a spotlighted sale.
For today only, all the various skus for Saints Row 4 are on sale at Amazon as the focus item in Amazon’s Gold Box Deal of the Day. This includes the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game, the most popular, for $37.49, a 38% decrease over the $59.99 list price. In addition, the Super Dangerous Wub Wub Edition for Xbox 360 and PS3 is on sale for $69.99, and the packed Game of the Generation Edition has been lowered down to $89.99 from its original $129.99 price. All these editions of Saints Row 4 will ship with free super saver shipping.
It’s easy to ignore Saints Row 4 given the arrival of Grand Theft Auto 5. However, keep in mind the game scored a very solid 81 at MetaCritic and generally has received favorable reviews around the web.
