As advertised, a new 90-second TV spot for Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. debuted during ESPN’s Monday Night Football Countdown to Kickoff show.
The new spot, which was teased a couple days ago, offers the first glimpse at footage from post-pilot episodes. It stars as the previous spots and trailers have, introducing members of the S.H.I.E.L.D. and unveiling the return of Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg) from the dead. As Coulson says, “Welcome to Level 7.”
Joining Coulson’s hand-picked S.H.I.E.L.D. team are Ming-Na Wen as Melinda May, Brett Dalton as Grant Ward, Chloe Bennet as Skye, Iain De Caestecker as Leo Fitz, and Elizabeth Henstridge as Jemma Simmons. Together they investigate the unexplainable in a world where superheroes and aliens are very much in existence.
ABC will air the premiere of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. this Tuesday, September 24 at 8/7c. This is the same day that Iron Man 3 debuts on Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray and DVD.
