Clueless director Amy Heckerling and the film’s star Alicia Silverstone will reunite this November in Vamps, a cross between a gazillion vampire flicks and, of course, Clueless.
The premise follows vamp Silverstone and her undead friend Stacy (Krysten Ritter) as they party their way through each and every night. They’ll have to think twice about keeping their secret and eternal life when the love bug bites and vampire hunters come calling.
Vamps has some intriguing cameos including some familiar faces from Clueless. Joining Silverstone and Ritter in the main cast are Sigourney Weaver, Richard Lewis, Justin Kirk, and Kirstin Johnson.
Anchor Bay Films will release Vamps in a limited theatrical engagement on November 2. It will then debut on Blu-ray and DVD less than two weeks later on November 13.
