With Bill S. Preston, Esquire and Ted “Theodore” Logan trying to return to the big screen in the near future, I’ve been wondering if the original Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and its sequel, Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey, would ever make it to Blu-ray. Good news, folks: Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure is coming to Blu-ray and it will be out in stores before Thanksgiving.
Amazon.com has begun taking pre-orders for Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure starring Keanu Reeves, Alex Winter and George Carlin on Blu-ray with a November 13, 2012 release date. They also have the cover art published from the MGM release which you can check out below.
No sign yet of Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey but let’s be honest; the original is the superior film.
