D-BOX Technologies has announced the next theatrical release to feature D-BOX Motion Control in select theaters will be Warner Bros. The Book of Eli starring Denzel Washington on January 15.
The Book of Eli marks the fifth film D-BOX has been offered with Warner Bros. and tenth overall since its debut in select theaters last April. Other films have included Shane Acker’s 9, Terminator Salvation, Pandorum, and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
D-BOX is worth checking out if one of the 13 currently equipped theaters is near you. Here is the current complete list (which is sure to grow as this year moves forward).

According to D-BOX, over 50,000 people have sat in one of their motion-controlled chairs in theaters since launch. Not bad considering most cinema houses only have a couple rows of chairs in a single theater available for showings.
