June 13 seems like so long ago. That was the last time Battlestar Galactica offered up a new episode and one of the biggest cliffhangers the series has seen yet.
The excruciating wait to begin the final 10 episodes of Galactica comes to and end tonight with the premiere of season four episode 11, “Sometimes a Great Notion,” on the Sci-Fi Channel.
I wish I was able to help pass the time by revisiting season 4.0 on Blu-ray Disc over the past month or so. From the looks of it, by the time Galactica makes its inevitable Blu-ray bow the series will be shut down for good and our eyes will shift to the prequel series, Caprica.
Don’t forget to set those DVR’s tonight. Though my busy schedule usually has me DVRing anything I want to see, tonight I’m making an exception and the DVR gets a rest. See you at 10/9 Central.
