The Dictator, Admiral General Aladeen (Sacha Baron Cohen), is preparing his victory speech for when his self-titled film debuts atop the Blu-ray and DVD sales charts on August 21. The good general is so convinced of an imminent win that he’s discarding, err, giving away some of his refuse, err, treasures to the good readers of this website as a gesture of good will.
