Janet Jackson Documentary Preview

The official short Janet documentary synopsis reads as follows. “This will be the definitive story on Janet Jackson. One of the bestselling and highest-earning artists in music history, Janet has enjoyed immense levels of success, experienced incredible tragedy, and endured a tumultuous private life.”

This is a completely different Janet Jackson documentary than aired on Hulu a couple months ago. That documentary, Malfunction: The Dressing Down of Janet Jackson, is not as extensive as this new one claims to be.

In fact, A&E claims the Janet documentary will be the “definitive story on Janet Jackson” and have been filming it over the past three years. The creators were granted “exclusive access to archival footage and Janet’s never before seen home videos, along with star-studded interviews.”

Everything that’s been relayed about this documentary indicates it’s a must-see event for the singer’s massive fan base.
