Five sets of sisters total will be followed for the series. They are Anna and Lucy, Brooke and Baylee, Brittany and Briana, Christina and Jessica, and Patrix and Patricia.
New Extreme Sisters episodes will premiere each subsequent Sunday night on TLC at 10/9c.
