There’s no arguing that Universal’s 45th Anniversary Jaws 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release has taken a big chomp out of the summer home video sales. Many Steven Spielberg, Jaws, and film in general fans watched it sell out at Amazon right after releasing earlier this month and remaining sold out for several weeks.
At long last the marvelous Jaws 4K Blu-ray is back in stock at Amazon. The price is currently $34.88.
It should come as no surprise that this hot ticket has already jumped to the second spot on Amazon’s Blu-ray bestsellers chart at the time of this article. Only Gone With the Wind ranks higher following it being temporarily pulled by Warner Bros. so a historical context warning could be added.
The Jaws 4K Blu-ray is just about everything you could hope for. It brings out detail previously unseen while maintaining the film grain. Toss in ample extras and a menacing lenticular cover making this release a winner.
