Ice Age: Collision Course Headed to 4K UHD, Blu-ray, DVD and Digital This October

The fifth and likely not final Ice Age film is headed to home video in October with the release of Ice Age: Collision Course on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD. All versions are set for release on October 11th, 2016.

Ice Age: Collision Course fell victim to franchise fatigue in North America with less than half the gross box office business as any of the previous four franchise films with $61.7 films. International business, buoyed by over $42 million from China alone, pushed the worldwide ticket sales north of $367 million.

The Ice Age: Collision Course 4K UHD Blu-ray will featured Dolby Atmos audio and the Scrat: Spaced Out Mini-Movie extra in 4K. The remaining bonus features are found on the Blu-ray version of the film:

  • Scrat: Spaced Out Mini-Movie
  • Ice Age: The Story So Far
  • Scratasia: Scrat’s Solo Adventures
  • Mysteries of the Scratazons
  • Star Signs of the Animal Kingdom
  • The Science of It All: deGrasse Tyson deBunks
  • Figaro Sing-along
