Original Post (Oct. 31, 2014): Disney’s 101 Dalmatians Diamond Edition has been teased in the past, but now I have an early 2015 release date to share for the latest entry in the Diamond Edition line.
The 101 Dalmatians Diamond Edition release date is set for February 10, 2015. As with previous Diamond Edition releases, this 1961 animated classic will include 101 Dalmatians on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD.
I’m still waiting to receive the official press release that will include all of the 101 Dalmatians Diamond Edition bonus features. In the meantime you can take a look at the very gray cover art below.

Update: As expected, Disney today formally announced 101 Dalmatians Diamond Edition. New information includes a 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track and the following bonus features:
- All New Short – The Further Adventures of Thunderbolt
- Walt Disney Presents “The Best Doggoned Dog in the World” (1961 Version)
- Lucky Dogs
- DisneyView
- Dalmatians 101: Hosted by Cameron Boyce (Disney Channel’s “The Descendants”)
- Plus a Selection of Classic Bonus Features
