A pair of ACC foes meet today as the Miami Hurricanes (3-4) take on the Pittsburgh Panthers (5-2) in Pitt’s homecoming game.

The Pittsburgh Panthers are on a roll. With homecoming in their favor, expectations are they’ll continue that roll against the Hurricanes today.
After starting the season 1-2, Pitt has reeled off four straight wins including two on the road.
None of those wins was bigger than the one that started the streak. Facing 15th ranked UCF, the Panthers played hard to the final whistle and escaped with a 35-34 thrilling victory.
Miami is coming off a tough overtime loss to Georgia Tech 28-21. Had they won that game, they would have been winners in four of their last five including beating then-20th ranked UVA 17-9 two weeks ago.
The Panthers are a 4.5 point favorite to beat the Canes at home.
