Auburn (3-0) got their season off on the best possible foot when they beat 11th ranked Oregon.
Since then they’ve rolled to wins over Tulane and Kent State, holding both opponents to a combined 22 points of offense.
Today the Tigers face a team that just put up 62 points on Lamar. But they also know that top ranked Clemson beat them 24-10 two weeks ago so it is possible to slow the Aggies offense.
This game marks the first road start for Auburn freshman quarterback Bo Nix.
Since the Tigers are on the road, TAMU is actually a 4.5 point favorite to win.
