Arizona vs Hawaii Preview
The big question entering tonight’s game revolves around UA quarterback Khalil Tate. The dynamic runner didn’t run much at all during the latter half of last season. Was it injuries? No one seems to know for sure.
Tate has publicly stated that he’s 100 percent healthy and ready to go. How much he runs tonight will be a barometer for how Arizona’s offense will operate this season.
Last year the Wildcats closed their season with a painful 41-40 loss against their in-state rivals, ASU. It was their second straight loss after being blown out by Washington State.
Hawaii lost against Louisiana Tech in their final game last season after winning the previous two.
Despite playing at home, Hawaii is the underdog by 10.5 points for tonight’s season opener for both teams.
