Thanks to our friends at New Line Home Entertainment, this week’s DVD prize will be Hellboy: Sword of Storms DVD set. The prize will be awarded to the TMR member who picks the most games correctly. Ties will be broken by the Monday night game, then overall pick record on the season… so make sure you get your picks in every single week.
I cannot believe it is week 15 already. I’m still waiting for the season to heat up. Thins certainly have not gone as all the football pundits predicted, at least as far as the NFC is concerned. Out of the four division winners in the NFC last season, only the Seahawks repeated in that task. The other three most likley will not make the playoffs in the Bears, Saints and Eagles… although all three are not mathematically eliminated yet, believe it or not.
The AFC is much different with potentially three of last year’s division champs will be returning as such. The Ravens are the only one not returning, but they were a fraud last year anyway. The wildcard teams in the AFC is where the most excitement lies. The Browns and Bills, of all teams, are both fighting with the Jaguars for the extra playoffs spots. We’ll see how things pan out… there isn’t much else to get excited about other than waiting for the Partiots* to lose.
If you’ve missed out on the first 14 weeks of “Beat the House”, don’t hesitate to make your picks for week 15. There is still a chance to win some gear in the extremely rare event that the House is beaten. At least one DVD prize will be guaranteed each week. Head on over to the TMR Beat the House page and make your selections for week 15. As always, membership is completely free with no obligation. Good Luck and try your best to enjoy the 2007 NFL football season.
