Ubisoft today released the first teaser trailer and screenshots for ‘Tom Clancy’s EndWar,’ a new arm of the fabled Clancy series of games that shifts gameplay away from first and third-person shooters and towards strategic maneuvering. ‘EndWar’ is likely to compete head on with Microsoft’s ‘Halo Wars,’ also currently in development.
You can view the trailer, along with a handful of screenshots that show some actual gameplay glimpses the pre-rendered CGI trailer is devoid of, at the official Ubisoft website. We hope to have higher resolution versions of the new screens shortly.
‘Tom Clancy’s EndWar’ is currently slated for a spring 2008 release on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
