EA’s pre-NFL draft coverage has officially kicked off with a blog entry by expected top draft pick Matt Leinart at the official “Madden NFL 07” website. In the blog, Matt goes into lengthy detail of how he’s mentally preparing for the draft and the toll the process has taken on him. EA’s Dino Scoppettone follows up Matt’s comments with an outsider’s view of how the draft might play out.
Last year’s NFL draft introduced us to the first glimpse of Madden on Xbox 360, albeit an over-the-top artist’s conception of a target goal for the game. This year the top picks will adorn their new NFL uniforms at Madden07.com in the first screenshots from “Madden NFL 07” on April 29.
