Well, this shit is over. After 17 absolutely excruciating weeks of football, the “Beat the House” competition is over and we have our sole survivor. As we can all see, the House fared very, very poorly this year, trailing the season leader by an embarrassing 21 wins. A record 28 members finished ahead of the House this season. Congratulations to all of you for “Beating the House”, but the big prize only goes to one member.

Fantasy Land
The top fantasy players for the season really comes as no surprise. Of course, the record-breaking Brady to Moss connections lead their respective categories by a landslide. Brian Westbrook slightly edged out LaDainain Tomlinson as the top point-earning running back in ’07, but then there was a very sharp drop-off in points. Jason Witten also took the top TE spot by a longshot, almost totaling 100 catches on the season and being a major factor in Dallas’ clinching of the #1 seed in the NFC. Jared Allen of Kansas City led all defensemen in individual points, but may find himself in another uniform next year if his team doesn’t give him what he wants.
Congratulations go to TMR member homer for winning the TMR Fantasy Football league, also by a landslide. fbennett24 placed second by winning his respective division. Thanks go out to all who participated in this year’s fantasy football league.
