Sony Computer Entertainment has announced the signing of Phoenix Suns center/forward Amare Stoudamire as the cover athlete for ‘NBA 08.’ Stoudamire follows in the footsteps of Kobe Bryant, whose Lakers the Suns ironically swept from the NBA playoffs last season before the Suns fell to the Spurs.
Scott Rohde, director, sports product development, SCEA, offers these thoughts, “Amare Stoudemire is one of the most dynamic players in the NBA, showcasing a range of power and finesse that makes him a favorite among the fans and a respected competitor among his peers.
