Watch The Walking Dead Season 3 Episode 302 'Sick' Free Live Stream

The Walking Dead made a big splash last weekend with its Season 3 premiere as millions of viewers tuned in via AMC and the web to watch Rick and his gang find refuge in a prison. As is often the case in The Walking Dead, everything is not always as it seems and the prison presents some immediate challenges that must be tackled head-on.

Last week approximately 14 million subscribers on Dish Network were unable to watch The Walking Dead: Season 3 premiere on their television set as the battle between Dish and Cablevision over the rights to Voom dragged on. Earlier today, a deal was finally struck and tonight those viewers will be able to kick back on their couch and watch episode 302 'Sick' up on the big screen. When The Walking Dead: Season 3 'Sick' kicks off tonight, Rick and his small group will be struggling to stabilize Hershel's devastating walker bite that required Rick to amputate the vet's lower right leg. While this is going on, a group of five prisoners are discovered in the same space and, as we have learned in the zombie apocalypse, anyone can be a threat - especially those individuals who were previously incarcerated.

Tonight's episode will be one of several that focuses on a special part of The Walking Dead world and leaves other parts untouched. You will not see Michonne or Andrea tonight at all, though next week you will see them involved in almost the entire episode. The world of The Walking Dead is expanding and will require new narrative techniques to keep up with.

It will be hard to match the pace and intensity of the Season 3 premiere 'Seed.' If you think AMC blew its zombie and gore budget on that episode, think again. There's some great stuff in tonight's episode that sets up several complications to come. I'll go as far as predicting that Carl will pick up some new fans.
