Its worldwide business now stands at $1.44 billion dollars, third place behind James Cameron's Titanic and Avatar. The Avengers will come in two different Blu-ray configurations, one designed for those who want the 3D experience and the other for those that don't. The Blu-ray 3D edition of The Avengers will span four discs and include the film in high definition in 3D and 2D, as well as on DVD and a digital copy. The 2D release will include the film on Blu-ray and DVD on two discs. Continuing the "One-Shot" short film series, The Avengers on Blu-ray will include a new entry titled 'Item 47.'
